What Is Meditation?

It is a difficult question, because meditation is beyond the understanding of the mind.

Meditation may also be said to be recognition of what you have on your mind and body.

Beyond thought, there is a feeling that exists. It exists as a name or a person, but as the simple experience of being without definition or description.

When someone asks, "What is meditation?" You could almost say that meditation is the recognition that "I am", but also the '"I" in that sentence is lost in meditation. So we are left with "AM" is the essence.

And that natural feeling of being seen as absolute peace, happiness and love. Unconditional means there is no reason. When you are immersed in your natural state of being, happiness is obviously there, radiating love and peace to themselves, just the nature of the sun to shine.

Stress is born of separation. Experience the tension and conflict, as experienced as separate from everything else. So they are constantly in conflict with everything else because there is a feeling that must survive, must be protected against all that is separate from you.

This is called the ego, and it is necessary that you, as an organ to survive. If there is no ego, there would have to survive, to protect us and feeds us.

But the very nature of the ego is stress and conflict, the opposite of peace and love. The stronger the feeling of separation, the greater the feeling of fear, desire, stress, anger, aggression takes over our lives.

So in meditation we go beyond ego, beyond the separate sense of me to discover the essence of what is here.

So when you begin to meditate and enjoy the feeling of being, you begin to feel peace, happiness and love. You feel it moving through you like a subtle current of energy that heals you, feeds you and wake more deeply into this feeling of peace.

And as you go further in meditation, transcending the sense of "I" completely separate, you acknowledge that you are peace itself. There is no "you", but not love itself. There is a sense of conscience, the brightness of the blessing, without borders, beyond time and space.

And then you feel this meditation, peace will begin flooding into the normal daily life. So you can work or play, or drive a car or walking or eating, and in this sense of peace that is always there, in the sense that there are more than the ego.

So really if someone asks "What is meditation?" The real answer would be natural to sit in your car. Not to mention, but prove it. So maybe something beautiful is sent to that question.

For thousands of years, the most proven that experience deep meditation is to have someone who has mastered meditation meditation awaken in you directly, through touch, sound, or just sit in the same room with you.
