Meditation has become an alternative method of therapy is supposed to cure a wide range of problems by releasing the stress. This is essentially to focus on one particular thing or activity such as breathing, where the mind is freed from all other distractions, except that one thing or activity. Choose the music you love and find a soothing

Set the music player system/mp3 correctly so that they are not disturbed, since no technical problem

Sit or lie in a position that is quite comfortable for you

Breathe deeply and focus on your breathing and the music or just music and let yourself float with the music in a completely relaxed state of mind

Free yourself from every other thought except the feel of the music when the music stops and not just leave your state of relaxation, but again to breathe deeply and slowly adjust to their environment.

Music has always been known as a remedy against stress and meditation, when combined with it, then you are obliged to relieve stress.
